Stir fry it! Saute onions and garlic first. Shred cabbage into long strips, use some veggie broth and soy sauce for your sauce. Add any other veggies you have on hand. Yummy!

Totally LOVE this group!!! Fellow Veggie head here...love meeting other vegetarian/vegan women...esp if they scrap/craft, too!

Thanks for looking that up, Jennifer. I wondered myself, and figured they probably weren't either. When we go out I make a few exceptions when it's so hard to find other quick alternatives. I hope to do make these "exceptions" less and less over time.

You all had me wanting to try these Veggie Max sandwiches, but I figured they aren't vegan, so I looked it up. The patty does contain egg whites (bummer) but all their regular buns are supposed to be vegan.

My Veggie Max was really good and I have been back and got another, so far so good! Sure hope they don't over cook mine!
